Church of St Joachim is situated in Kadaba, 43 km from
Puttur in the
Dakshina Kannada District of
Karnataka. Formerly, this church was part of the Kokkada parish and was separated in 1923. A chapel was built here by Fr R. D. Sequeira. Kadaba became an independent parish on April 1, 1924. The Bishop of Mangalore built the present church in the year 1957 which was closed down later. There are three parish wards.
