Chungathara

Chungathara is a charming village situated midway between Nilambur and Edakkara in Malappuram District of Kerala. Malappuram, the district headquarters, is about 40 km south-west while Manjeri is 29 km away.

Chaliyar River flows through this village. Teak Museum of Nilambur, Karikkad Subramania Temple and Wandoor are the nearby places of interest.
