Chowrang is a beautiful folk dance performed by the semi-tribal Hindu Kunbi performers of
Goa. In this dance form the performers, adorned with multi-colored flowers, dance to the beat of Tonyo (sticks). Chowrang is usually conducted during the Shigmo festival – the festival of colors.
