Chokkanathapuram

Chokkanathapuram is located in Palakkad District of Kerala. It lies on the banks of Bharathapuzha and is near Palakkad town. The village is one of the ancient villages where migrated Tamilians settled. Shri Meenakshi-Sundaraswarar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one among the several temples located here.

Palakkad Junction Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
