Chohla, known more by the name Bhaini earlier, is located about 5 km south-west of Sirhali Kalari,
Amritsar District. Guru Arjan is reported to have sanctified this village with his presence.
The three
gurdwaras built here has made Chohla one of the major pilgrimage centers in
Punjab. Gurdwara Chohla Sahib, which lies at the western edge of the village, is the major draw. Gurdwara Guru ki Kothari and Gurdwara Baba Adali are other attractions.
