Chock Wangun




Chock Wangun is a spicy brinjal curry. This dish consists of long brinjals, mustard oil, red chilli powder, ginger powder, fennel powder, tamarind liquid, Kashmiri Ver, asafetida, and cloves. It has a delicious bitter-sweet taste. It is usually served with rice, pulao, naan or chapatti.
