Chitrauli Wild Camp




Chitrauli Wild Camp is located at Chitrauli in the north-western part of the charming hill station of Nainital on the Alma Hill range. The panoramic views of the Himalayas and the Ratighat Valley with the Ghuna River are best enjoyed here. Set among the rich flora and fauna, the site is a paradise for naturalists, trekkers, painters and bird watchers. The camp is organized by Indian Shepherds Camps and Adventures.

Activities include nature walks, night walks, waterfall picnics, horse riding, rock climbing, jeep safari and short treks through the forest. The campers can choose from a choice of trekking options to suit all of their requirements.

The nearest points of interest are Devils Laughter (Echo point), Manokamana Temple, Baron Ghat, Lalpani and Dunikhal. Wild animals such as barking deer, mountain goats and wild boar are found here.
