Chinmaya Institute of Technology (Chin Tech) is a professional institute located at Thottada, 7 km from Kannur town, on the Kannur-Koothuparamba road. It is set amid sylvan surroundings of wooded hills commanding a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea.
