Chini Mahal is a blue tiled palace situated within the
Daulatabad Fort in
Aurangabad District. It is situated 7 km away from
Aurangabad town. It was here that the last king of Golconda was jailed for 13 years until his death. This palace is also known as the Chinese Palace. Nearby are some of the important monuments which include Chand Minar-a magnificent tower, Bharat Mata Mandir and Elephant Tank.
Aurangabad is well connected to other cities and towns by road and rail. It has an airport and a railway station.
