Karaswadda can be found just on the outskirts of Mapusa which is located 13 km north of Panaji, the state capital and is the nearest town to the Tivim train station which has regular trains to and from Mumbai. Children Walking Tall's main center 'The Mango House' is just off the National Highway 17, two minutes walk away from the Vrundavan hospital.
