Chhota Marva

Chhota Marva is a beautiful hamlet situated about 6 km west of Bilaspur, Ambala District. This village is popular for the historically important Gurdwara Golpur Sahib. Tradition recounts that Guru Gobind Singh's hawk happened to perch at the top of a tree at Chhota Marva. At last, the guru himself had to arrive at the place to get the hawk back. To honor the guru, the gurdwara was built in the north-eastern part of the village. The villagers celebrate the birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh with much pomp and fanfare.
