Chettumala is a town in Kollam District of Kerala. The place, which covers an area of about 77 sq km, lies on the north-eastern side of Kollam city. Vast expanses of rice, cashew, pepper, tapioca and banana plantations adorn the landscape of the town.
Munroturuttu, Kallada, Perayam, Kundara and Perinad are some important places near the town. A major landmark is the Chettumala Devi Temple.
Kollam Junction Railway Station is the major railhead, which serves Chettumala. Nearest airport is Trivandrum International Airport.
