Chaube

Chaube is a small settlement in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand, lies on the bank of the river Barsoti. It is situated at the district border and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Some of the major interests around this place include Ram Kund, Sita Kund, and Laxman Kund.

Molkoko, Kargo, Maskeodil, Barki Dhamral and Nagar Barsot are places nearby. Barhi, a small town around 19 km south-east of Chauparan on the National Highway 32, is easily accessible from here.

Koderma Railway Station and Ranchi Airport are the nearest major railway station and airport respectively. Chaube is easily accessible by local buses from Barkatha and Barhi.
