Chapad

Chapad, also spelled Chapadu, is located in the northern part of Cuddapah District. It is around 15 km north of Cuddapah.

Chapad is one of the most prominent industrial towns in the district and the entire area is dotted with large and medium scale industries.

Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport. The nearest railhead is Kamalapuram Railway Station. National Highway 18 passes nearby.
