Chang Ken is an annual social festival of the Singpho tribe of Arunachal Pradesh, celebrated to mark their new year. Buddha images are bathed on this occasion. The villagers sprinkle water on each other while bathing the idols. A specially prepared rice powder cake is eaten after the festival.
