Chandrasekar Temple is situated at Tiruvilampaiyankottur in
Tiruvallur District,

Lord Shiva also known by the names Chandrasekar or Devanayagar. The temple also houses a worship place for the Goddess Kadirmulaiammai. Sage Sambandar is said to have composed pathigams in praise of lord Chandrasekar. The temple can be approached by traveling 11 km from Kadambathur railway station.
