Chaliyam

Located on the banks of the Beypore river, Chaliyam is a scenic place in Kozhikode District. There is an ancient fort built by the Portuguese, which was later captured by the ruling Zamorin. Ibn Dinar, the person who spread Islam in Kerala, constructed a mosque in this place.

The Feroke bridge is a major point of attraction.
