Capitol Complex is the joint administrative headquarter of
Punjab and
Haryana. The complex houses important offices and institutions such as the High Court, Legislative Assembly, Secretariat, Open-Hand Monument, Geometric Hill and the Tower of Shadows. Capitol Complex was designed by Le Corbusier.
