Bisauli




Bisauli is an ancient town in Budaun District of Uttar Pradesh. It is about 35 km north of Budaun, the district headquarters.

Bisauli was an important stronghold under the rule of Dunde Khan who was a lieutenant of Ali Muhammad and Hafiz Rahmat Khan, celebrated Rohilla chiefs. A 17th century fort and Dunde Khan’s tomb, which stands on a commanding spot overlooking the board valley of the Sot, are the town’s important attractions.

Chandausi Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead. Indira Gandhi International Airport is the nearest airport.
