Mysore, Bio-Chem Foundation is a public charitable firm that aims at providing modern health care for the deprived sections of the society. It was established in July 1998. The organization has research facilities for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, HIV, and TB. A mobile diagnostic laboratory is provided with facilities such as x-ray unit, ECG, and refrigerator. Various symposiums on diabetes and tuberculosis are also conducted.
