Bilvesvar Shiva Temple is a small shrine located in
Jorhat District of
Assam. It is about 35 km north of
Jorhat, by the side of south Trunk Road. This ancient temple is dedicated to
Lord Shiva.
A tank, which was built by Rucinath Burgoha, situated close to this temple is worth visiting. Towards north of the temple is Gazpur, where the remains of the Hathigarh can be seen.
Jorhat Town Railway Station is the nearest access point.
