Bilthari




Bilthari, previously known as Balisthali, is a small village in the Narsinghpur District of Madhya Pradesh. It was known as King Bali’s place. This place is associated with the Mahabharata, the largest of the Hindu epics. It is believed that Pandavas had spent some period of their exile at this place.

Narsingh Mandir, Bramhan Ghat, Jhoteshwar Ashram and Damaru Ghati are the nearby tourist destinations.

Jabalpur Airport and Narsinghpur Railway Station serve this place.
