Established in 1992, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University is a State University located in
Madhepura,
Bihar.
The university was carved out of L N Mithila University. It has 27 constituents and two affiliated colleges and one postgraduation center.
Apart from undergraduate courses, the university offers Graduation in Law, Masters in Health Care and Hospital Management, Business Administration (MBA), MCA, MFC and several other masters’ degree.
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery are offered at Katihar Medical College, Katihar, and Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj, affiliated to the university.
