Bhindi Gosht




Bhindi Gosht is most popular in Kashmir for special occasion. It tastes different from all other Kashmiri dishes due to the technique used in the preparation. The main ingredients are tender lamb, fresh bhindi (lady fingers), fresh onions, garlic, ginger, coriander, tomatoes, bay leaf and cinnamon juice.
