Bhavanarayanaswami Temple is located at Sarpavaram village in
East Godavari District. The temple is about 3 km from
Kakinada. Bhavanarayanaswami Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and was constructed during the reign of the
Chalukyas and the
Cholas. The architecture of this temple is a combination of both Chalukyan and Chola styles.
