Bhartrihari Temple

Bhartrihari Temple is situated about 6 km from Sariska, on the Jaipur-Alwar road. It is named after King Bhartrihari, who abandoned the luxuries of his throne and chose this spot to mediate at his will. The cenotaph of the king can be seen here. A large fair is organized here during September-October, and the highlight is an epic musical opera lasting six hours.
