Bharatmata temple, one of the most ornate temples at
Haridwar, is dedicated to Bharatmata or Mother India. Located five kilometers north of Haridwar, it is a seven-storeyed temple with each floor having a historical theme. Images of historical and political personalities can be seen in the temple.
