Bhairon Ghati, also known as Bhairon Valley, is situated towards
Uttarkashi, near the confluence of Jat Ganga and
Bhagirathi rivers. It is noted for the Bhairavnath Temple, surrounded by mountainous landscape and thick forests.
The valley is about 9 km from
Gangotri.
