Bhairamgarh Sanctuary




Bhairamgarh Sanctuary is located in Dantewada District of Chhattisgarh and is about 139 km from Jagdalpur.

The sanctuary is famous for wild buffaloes. Panther, tiger, chital, sambar deer, neelgai, bear, barking deer, wild bear, gaur, jackals and bison are also spotted.

January to June is the ideal time to visit the sanctuary.

Dantewada is a major town nearby. Dantewada Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
