Bhagwan Shantinath Jinalaya



Bhagwan Shantinath Jinalaya is a renowned Jain temple situated at Shiradashahapur village in Hingoli District. This marble temple is famous for its attractive idol of the Jain Tirthankar, Shantinath. The idol is in standing posture. The temple also has an idol of another Jain Tirthankar, Parshwanath. Jain Tirthankar, Mallinath's Temple is a nearby attraction. This temple has a 4-feet-high idol of Mallinath in padmasana posture. A white-colored idol of the last Jain Tirthankar Mahavir is placed in the upper part of this temple. The famous Asna River flows through nearby. By road, Asegaon Atishaya Kshetra is 32 km from here. Chaundhhi Railway Station is the nearest railway station.
