Bhagawathi Mandir is situated in
Maisar Khanna, in
Bathinda District,
Punjab. People of this village are the worshippers of the Jawala Mukhi temple. It is believd that while Kamala Bhagat and Kali Nath, two holy men, were on their way to the Jawala Mukhi temple, the Bhagawathi Mata appeared before them and asked them to worship her in their village itself. To Commemorate this event, a fair is held in the village twice a year. It is believed that the child deity of the temple would fulfill all their wishes.
