Bhadra River Project

Bhadra River Project Dam, 194 ft high, is built across the Badra River. It is an ideal picnic spot, located about 28 km from Shimoga, near Kuvempu University. There are a number of islands created by the Bhadra River. Boating can be enjoyed here.
