Benaulim




The village of Benaulim is a small rustic village. The chief occupation in the village are fishing and rice-farming. The unhurried rhythm of life at this quite little village is worth a visit. The prime attractions of the village are Benaulim Beach and the Church of St John the Baptist. The beach is located about 7 km west of Margao and the Church is situated on a hill beyond the village. Bars and restaurants are found in the village that cater to a multinational clientele.
