Belagumba




Belagumba is a quaint hamlet of Tumkur District in Karnataka, 69 km from Bangalore. This village, also known as Siddarameshwara Kshetra, is set amidst rocky hills. The main attraction of Belagumba is the Siddarameshwara Temple, believed to be constructed during the Hoysala Period.

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Siddarameshwara Betta, a beautiful rocky hill, adds beauty to this place.

Tumkur Railway Station is the nearby access. Bangalore International Airport is the nearest airport.
