Behala Bodhayan is a voluntary, charitable, non-profit organization based in
Behala region of
Kolkata. It offers all kinds of support to the mentally disabled people to uplift their lives. Assistance is offered to the families of mentally challenged persons through information, guidance, parent-to-parent counseling, sibling-support and advocacy. The organization conducts systematic vocational training and socio-cultural activities for the mentally handicapped and runs a play clinic, therapeutic center and leisure club. All of its activities solely depend on the help of generous people.
