Begumpur

Begumpur Village is situated near Hauz Khas, in South Delhi District. Though already engulfed in the growing urban sprawl of Delhi alongside the nearby places of Hauz Khas and Khirki, Begumpur still retains some of its old world characteristics and charm. Begumpur is located around 20 km south of Connaught Place, on the Aurobindo Marg.

Begumpuri Masjid, Siri Fort, Shri Aurobindo Ashram and the old city of Jahanpanah are nearby. Qutab Minar is few kilometers to the south along the Aurobindo Marg.

Begumpur can be reached by bus from the interstate bus terminus at Kashmiri Gate or Sarai Kale Khan. Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 17 km to the west of Begumpur.
