Beechupalli Anjaneya Swamy Temple




Beechupalli Anjaneya Swamy Temple is an ancient shrine located at Alampur in Mahabubnagar District of Andhra Pradesh. It is on the Hyderabad-Kurnool route (National Highway 7), about 2 km from Kondapeta.

The presiding deity here is Lord Anjaneya (Lord Hanuman). The idol of the lord belongs to the 16th century. This temple stands at the place, where the Krishna Rivers and Tungabhadra River merge.

Alampur is approximately 27 km from Kurnool and 214 km from Hyderabad. Alampur Railway Station is about 10 km away from the town center.
