Bargachia of Howrah District, is towards the east of Munshirbat. Jagatballabhpur, one of the principle centers for pressed – nose dolls, is located 2 km to its north. This town is also an important industrial area in the district. Rajapur, Baluhati and Patihal are located near Bargachia.
