Bapu Park, formerly known as 'D' park, is located at
Rohtak in
Haryana. Though the civic body has not given any name, the people of the town were calling it 'D’ Park because of its shape. The park is designed and constructed in the shape of English alphabet ‘D’.
The park is spread over one acre of lush green land. The statue of Mahatma Gandhi is a prime attraction here. It was installed at the specially raised platform. The digital advertisement board installed for displaying developmental activities of the state government is an added attraction.
Rohtak is about 71 km north-west of New Delhi.
