Banthra

Banthra is situated in Shahjahanpur District on the National Highway 24 at an elevation of 485 ft above mean sea level. This rural township is 10 km north of Shahjahanpur city.

About 10 km north of Banthra is the ancient town of Tilhar. Other places nearby are Madnapur, Nigohi, Sindhauli and Kant.
