Bangiya Sahitya Parishad Museum, established in 1910, is situated on Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road in
Kolkata. It displays valuable mediaeval stone and metal sculptures, manuscripts, art and archaeological objects depicting the history and culture of
West Bengal.
The museum has apparel and articles of Ram Mohan Roy and Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar, and original diaries of Sister Nivedita. Film shows and lectures are regularly conducted.
The museum is open from 13:00-19:00 hrs except on Thursdays and public holidays.
