Bandhavgarh Fort




Bandhavgarh Fort in Madhya Pradesh is a 2000 year old fort. Various dynasties have been in control of this fort. They were Maghas of the 1st century AD, the Vakatakas of the 3rd century, the Sengars of the 5th century, Kalchuris of the 10th century and the Baghels of the 13th century. The Baghels ruled until 1617, when Maharaja Vikramaditya Singh moved his capital to Rewa.
