Baira River

Baira River, a major tributary of Ravi River, originates from the southern slopes of the Pir Panjal Range in Himachal Pradesh.

Its numerous tributaries are also fed by the snow and this makes it a perennial river. It merges with Siul River - a tributary of the Ravi River. Its catchment area consists of steep slopes, deep valleys and terraces.
