Baidyanath




Baidyanath, in Kaimur District of Bihar, is a village with immense historical and religious importance. The Shiva Temple built by Pratihar dynasty underline the fact. Baidyanath is 9 km south of Ramgarh and 20 km north of Bhabhua - the district headquarters.

During excavations many coins and valuables of historical importance have been unearthed from here.

Nearest airport is at Gaya. Bhabhua Road Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
