Bai



Bai is a popular dish in Mizo cuisine. It is made of boiled spinach with pork and bamboo shoot. This is also cooked with string beans and edible ferns. It is usually eaten with steamed rice or Soh, a delicious recipe made of banana flowers and Bhuban or rice cooked in banana leaves.
