Baheri




Baheri is about 29 km to the south of Darbhanga, in Darbhanga District of Bihar. This town is located at an altitude of 108 ft above sea level.

Kareha, a major river in the district and a tributary of the Ganges, flows close to the town. Baheri is connected by road to nearby towns of Bahera, Singia and Rusera.

Holy Rosary Church, Shyama Temple devoted to Goddess Kali, Mazar of Makhdoom Baba and Ahilya Asthan are options tourists can avail of. Patna Airport is the convenient airport. Haiaghat Railway Station is 17 km north, on the Samastipur- Darbhanga rail route.
