Bagdwal Festival is celebrated with full enthusiasm in Pauri Garhwal District of Uttaranchal. It is named after a local deity Bagdwal, in whose honor it is observed. This annual event comes during the colorful festival of Holi. The religious rites pertaining to the festival are accompanied by variety of entertainment activities.
