Bagda Chingri Kosha

Bagda Chingri Kosha is a tiger prawn dish cooked with the prawns' tail remaining intact. The cleaned and de-veined prawns are fried first and mixed with caramelized sugar, sauteed curry powders, onions, green chillies, grated coconut and mustard paste. The mixture is fried in oil till the prawns are cooked.
