Babul Canal



The Babul Canal in Jammu and Kashmir was constructed in 1956 and is about 22.5 km long. The canal originates from the Nullah Ferozpore at Tangmarg. It is mainly used for irrigation purposes and irrigates about 4500 acres of land below the Gulmarg area.
