Ayurveda Village is an ayurvedic treatment center situated at Pozhiyoor in Poovar, Thiruvananthapuram District. It consists of a lounge, six ayurvedic treatment rooms, steam room and doctor’s consultation room. Special ayurvedic treatments such as kayakalpa chikitsa, rasayana chikitsa, panchakarma shodhan chikitsa, medohara chikitsa, and swasthya chikitsa are offered. Specially trained instructors are here to impart yoga classes.
Ten rooms are available for the accommodation of guests. Eco Floatels, this unique floating cottage is exclusively for Ayurveda Village guests. Kerala style traditional delicacies are served at the Ayurveda Restaurant. The center is situated at a distance of 32 km from Trivandrum International Airport and 28 km from Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station.
